Bonthala Soujanya

Welcome! I'm Soujanya, an RCI-registered therapist with over 7 years of experience dedicated to supporting children with diverse learning and communication needs. My journey began with a B.Ed. in Special Education (Intellectual Disability) and is continually evolving as I pursue an MA in Psychology. This blend of specialized training and psychological insight forms the core of my approach.

I believe every child possesses unique strengths. My role is to identify these strengths while addressing challenges in areas like reading, writing, math, and speech development. I work closely with children, parents, and educators, fostering a collaborative environment where strategies are tailored to individual needs, ensuring progress is not just possible, but celebrated.

From my time as a Special Educator and Vocational Instructor at Aashayam to my current role as a Senior Therapist at Ekalavya Child Development Centre, my focus remains constant: empowering children to build confidence, develop essential skills, and achieve their full potential. Patience, optimism, and clear communication are the cornerstones of my practice.
